" This home really is special - so special that the current owners have lived there for 25 years! As you approach the house you will start to see the reason why. You will be immediately impressed by the amount of parking available on the driveway - there's room for approximately 3 cars and potential for more. You'll never need to worry again about finding a space. This home is a semi detached and really not over looked from the front or from the large south facing garden to the rear. As you go in through the front door there's a handy porch for leaving your shoes and coats so you can keep the lounge tidy. The lounge itself is big enough for lots of comfy sofas and the window is large enough to flood the room with light. Moving on to the kitchen diner, it over looks the conservatory and garden and has plenty of room for a table - an ideal space for a family or for entertaining. As you enter the conservatory you will see the garden. Its very private and secluded and extends round to the side of the house. The location is an excellent one to come home to as you are in a cul-de-sac backing onto green land and countryside. Village facilities are closeby as are the M2 and M20 motorway networks and the train station.

We love our house and that's why we have stayed here for so long. We have owned it from new and picked it because of the quiet location. The garden has a sunny aspect and is not overlooked. We were both brought up in the countryside and we still have a feeling of open countryside here. The great thing about the house is it still has so much potential. You could extend or build a garage subject to the necessary consents and its great for schools. We will certainly be staying in the area.
