" This popular development is situated on the borders of Chatham and Walderslade intertwined with woodlands and fields. A two bedroom semi-detached home that is in good decorative order benefiting from a modern style kitchen and upstairs shower room. The home is majority double glazed and gas centrally heated with additional benefits to include separate lounge, dining room and lean-to. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a separate modern style shower room. Outside the front and rear gardens are lovingly maintained with an array of colourful flowers. Also to the rear is a larger than average detached garage with an inspection pit as well as power and light. There is also an hardstanding area in front of the garage which would allow additional parking for a small car. Local shops on the development are within walking distance and include a post office, newsagents, grocers and a number of take-away's, there is even a doctors surgery and community hall. Horsted retail park is just 4 minutes by car with several retailers including an Asda superstore, a Holiday Inn and the Bridgewood Manor hotel. The 105 bus stops to Chatham and the Kings Ferry coach stop to London are both just a short walk away plus the M2 motorway can also be found just a few minutes by car.

We chose this area because it was pleasant and quiet. We have been so happy here that we have stayed for 24 years, the neighbours are lovely and we can knock on any door if we need help. It is nice to be away from the busy town centre and its only a short drive into Chatham if we need anything. It is very convenient for everything, there is a bus and coach stop just a short walk away as well as local shops on the development and an Asda's just up the road.We now want to be nearer to our sons in Ramsgate and hope we can find a similar setting down there. If only our neighbours could come too.
