" DECEPTIVE is an understatement!! This home is such a lovely size and a pleasant surprise.A beautiful 1930's door opens into a spacious entrance hall with 'Carndean' flooring and doors leading off to the rest of the downstairs accommodation. The lounge is warm and cosy and the bay window gives it real character and the fourth bedroom, also situated on the ground floor gives adaptable accommodation as it can be used as another reception room if required. The master bedroom upstairs is an amazing room with lots of space around it and an en-suite.
As I walked into the spacious kitchen/diner/family area it took my breath away! This bright light space is an ideal open plan family living area with bi-folding doors opening onto the back garden bringing the outdoors in.There has been no expense spared on appliances and include 'Neff' coffee maker, stainless steel built in microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel built in double oven and 5 ring hob. This is a real party room and a great area incorporating the garden for summer barbecues. It really is one of those times you need to walk around this really lovely home in order to appreciate it.
