" It will probably be the prestigious location that will first attract you to this property. You will however be pleasantly surprised at how immaculate and well presented this home is.
Apart from the many benefits to living in this lovely area, this particular property has a lovely sociable lounge/dining area, which leads out to a conservatory giving extra living space and ideal for family life, somewhere to keep the children’s toys away from the main house.
The kitchen has been re-fitted and has a built in dishwasher, stainless steel double oven and hob.
Upstairs are three double bedrooms so there should be no arguments over whose having what room and there is a modern re-fitted bathroom suite.
The garden is a big surprise, you don’t realise at first that it proceeds around the side of the house giving a large corner flat plot with a patio, shed and mainly lawn area. This has made a perfect playground for this family and their children.
This property would make an ideal young family home as it’s situated in the Tunbury School area and there is plenty of room with the accommodation.
Being tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, this is a quiet location and is safer for children.

What the Owner says:

We bought the property 11 years ago and it’s been an ideal space for our family mainly due to the excellent size bedrooms on offer and the large corner plot garden giving us plenty of room.
We were desperately looking to buy something in the woods area as wanted to be closer to the Tunbury School and also needed easy access to the motorway.
We’ve done a lot to the property in that time including adding a conservatory 7 years ago, the boiler in the kitchen was replaced approximately 4 years ago and a complete new central heating system was installed, including a hot water cylinder which was added in 2010. The bathroom has also been re-fitted and the house has been decorated throughout.
