" If you need a great size family home at an affordable price you definitely need to view this one, the room sizes are amazing!There's a large family lounge to the front of the property and an inner lobby with a downstairs w.c.

The kitchen/breakfast room is modern and has a great use of space with a central unit. The units have leaded lights in the kick boards, a little quirky extra and there is a separate dining area, ideal for a table or for use as a study, depending on your requirements.There are three double bedrooms so there should be no arguments over who's having what room and a white modern bathroom suite.The garden is low maintenance and very attractive with a nice area to sit and enjoy the sunshine.This property has been greatly improved upon and all the expensive jobs are done, it's just waiting for you to move straight into.

I've really enjoyed living here which is why I've stayed for 19 years. I've done a lot to the property during this time but most recently replaced the kitchen, bathroom and the boiler, updated the fuse box a year ago and all the carpets were replaced in November 2010.I've done a few quirky extras, for example, the outside lights in the garden are on remote control.I will be leaving the property with no chain so there is a speedy sale to be had.
