The block paved driveway to the front of the property offers ample off road parking.
Situated to the front of the property is the lounge which has a light and airy appeal, a fireplace for the focal point and the room has neutral light decor.
There is a modern refitted kitchen with built in stainless steel double oven, plumbing for washing machine and space for fridge and freezer.
With a separate dining area and doors leading out to the conservatory which has a panoramic view of the rear garden. The garden reaches approximately 100' in length and has an abundance of shrubs, borders and trees.
This property is a fantastic family home offering excellent size family accommodation and is the type of property you could live in for many years and I really feel that this is a fantastic opportunity as properties like this don't really come on the market very often in this area.

We fell in love with everything even before we entered and as previous owners showed us around it felt more and more homely.
We loved the idea of two separate receptions with the kitchen at the back overlooking the garden and a small lean to conservatory, which made the outlook even more beautiful. We spend most of the time, especially in summer in the garden and we feel it is private and secluded as though we feel we are in the middle of the countryside.
Over the years, we’ve made changes in order to enhance and maintain a certain standard so I think it’s fair to say after so many years it will be a shame to go, but we do hope the new owners will appreciate and enjoy it.
