With good size family living, a tandem length garage and drive for plenty of parking plus a 100’ rear garden, brilliant for kids looking for a 'football pitch'.
There has been no expense spared on refurbishing this property and that’s just one of the salient features.
There is a really nice feel about this property with a spacious entrance hall and open plan kitchen/diner leading into the lounge offering a lovely size family space.
With the double glazed patio doors leading out to the rear garden from the dining area and a window from the lounge, this gives a dual aspect appeal throwing plenty of light on the downstairs accommodation.

7 years ago we bought this immaculate property as it had been refurbished and offered modern living with new electrics, new central heating boiler and new double-glazing.
The garden was a blank canvass and ready for us to put our own stamp on it, we spent £7,000 updating the garden to how we wanted it.
The garage was a surprise as from the front, we thought it was a ‘bog standard’ size, however we soon realised it was double length and excellent for storage.
This area appealed to us as it was close to the school and had easy access to the motorway.
We loved it because it wasn’t on an estate, not overlooked plus a South-facing garden, which gets the sun all day.
