What the Owner says:

We chose this house as it was well built , had potential for improvement and was in an up and coming area. In the last 18 months we have moved the wall between the lounge and the kitchen to create more natural light. We have re-plastered all the ceilings and walls plus decorated neutrally throughout. We have installed a new kitchen and bathroom plus put in a new boiler and central heating system. We have also rewired and replaced all the windows with double glazing throughout. To finish we have redone the front garden to enable off road parking and landscaped the rear garden.
