Clean, tidy and set back from the road so the concern of noise will not be a reality. Feel the warmth that exudes from the interior of this house. Whether you are going to have your breakfast in the large kitchen area over looking the rear garden or take advantage of the through lounge/diner, the choice will be yours to enjoy.Take a stroll down the 70ft rear garden and explore the interior of the 21ft garage and workshop. You can work on that highly priced car in the peace of your surroundings or just use it for that extra storage space.Usually cellar areas are rough and rugged, but the current owners have really taken pride in presenting their home in the best possible light. You can look to take full advantage of this space so it caters to your families needs. You will instantly feel comfortable in this home. There will no trepidation here as you confidently accept this as being your first home on that sometimes out of reach property ladder.

What the Owner says:

When we first viewed this house what captured our attention was how much space there is inside of the property. The kitchen in larger than you would expect in houses of this size and you can very easily have a small table placed in there. Once we bought the property, we went about altering a few things so that we could put our own stamp on this house and turn it into our home. We put in new windows and upgraded both the bathroom and the kitchen units. For us the advantages of this house are the large garage and workshop to the rear of the property, the 70ft rear garden and the cellar. I believe that other buyers out there will also appreciate the size of the rooms.
