" Having been built approximately 20 years ago this property is very different from the rest in the street.
Being a semi detached means you have a bit of extra privacy from your neighbours along with side access into the rear garden, which in this area is unheard of.Inside the house you will be greeted by the open plan lounge and dining room, which leads you out into the secluded rear garden which is ideal for entertaining on those summer evenings. If you need extra space for storage and also space to park your car or motor bike, this the garage to the rear of this house accommodates them both! Being one and a half times in width means there is plenty of room for the car, bikes, extra freezer, kids toys and much more. Again this is a rare feature in this area.

What the Owner says:

We have lived here for around 10 years and since being here we have replaced the roof on the garage, landscaped the rear garden and of course decorated throughout. We have loved living here as the location has been ideal with my husband travelling to London from Chatham station and myself and the children are able to walk to school as it is close by.We are now moving as we feel that the next step on the property ladder is necessary and will just be looking for something like this only with an additional 3rd bedroom.
