Almost by chance whilst touring the countryside, the owners came across a piece of land for sale with planning permission for building in a quiet and tucked away Hamlet of Spendiff. The property shares a cul-de-sac with just three other unique self-built detached properties, all of which have views over open countryside and this particular property benefits from a secluded garden.The outdoor life with extensive country walks ideal for dog walking, or just going for a stroll to get some fresh air have been some of the past times the owners have enjoyed. The location is particularly ideal for children as it provides a safe area in this private cul-de-sac to play happily without any fears of speeding traffic.Although this home is in a tucked away tranquil position, the owners can be onto the M2 motorway to Bluewater or London within a matter of 10 minutes and the main line railway stations at Higham and Strood, are just a few miles away.

We have recently re-decorated several of the rooms throughout, making it a fresh blank canvass for the new buyers.We look forward to a new family experiencing all the things we have benefited from in the last 18 years.
