The owners bought this property over 20 years ago and, as well as extending, they have regularly updated it so it is presented to a very high standard. They have not forgotten the outside of the property either, for to the front the garage is accessed via a brick driveway and to the rear can be found a landscaped garden befitting a family home of this quality.

What the Owner says:

We were attracted to this property firstly because of the area. Higham is a characterful village and has convenient little shops, a small local school an attractive restaurant and pubs. There are good transport links including the railway station. There is ready access to open countryside, which offers wonderful country walks. When we agreed to buy this property we had already intended to extend and feel that we have created a large, flexible, family home with lots of character. There is plenty of space and a nice big garden.
