" THE PROPERTY: When I asked the vendor why she purchased the property, she said "that she really liked the village location, that it was an affordable property and had wonderful views to the rear". All of this is still the case Eccles is a delightful little hamlet, which is set close to the historic village of Aylesford and as such gives it easy access to the M20 and to the facilities of Maidstone and the surrounding area. The village itself has a school, village green and other facilities. Larkfield is a short drive away which offers an array of facilities including shops, supermarkets and Larkfield Leisure Centre with swimming pool. The property itself is a Victorian terrace, it has been extended to the rear, therefore to the ground floor there is a kitchen/diner, lounge, bathroom, utility room and conservatory. To the first floor there are two bedrooms and the master bedroom has an en-suite comprising w.c and sink, with room to install a shower. It has a garden to the rear with parking, which is accessed via a private road. The view to the rear is of allotments with country views beyond. This property is in good decorative order, is offered with the benefit of 'no forward chain' and would be an excellent property for a 'first time buyer'.
