" This delightful home set in Eccles is a real credit to the current owners. Having been in residence for the past 7 years they certainly have not rested on their laurels.A lovely kitchen with matching units, integral oven and extractor canopy has been installed. Along with a re-designed bathroom with a crisp white suite and power shower.There will be no need to spend hours hoovering the carpets. As the flooring has been replaced both upstairs and down with wooden laminate. This almost makes the rooms seem bigger than others on the development in a strange way!If you walk to the end of the street you will be greeted by a huge open 'parkland' with swings and slides for the younger members of the family to make use of. Or simply take a slow walk round, to work off that tasty dinner.Eccles has a shop and post office, an infant and primary school and a friendly village pub called The Red Bull.Leave the car, cross the green and enjoy a drink or two. Yes, you'll be living in a quiet and peaceful village but still not too far away from junction 6 of the M20 and junction 3 of the M2.

It was a simple decision to buy this house. We missed out on number 39, so when this house came on the market we snapped it up! Its so very quiet here and you are surrounded by nice families.We often walk round the 'green' with our new baby daughter and dog on a warm afternoon. As do many of the young couples who live in and around the village.Although we have done a lot of work and improvements here, we still intend to relay the lawn before the new owners move in.We truly believe this is a perfect house for 'first time buyers', you can simply move straight in!
