There is a separate dining room and a utility room with a w.c.The large 22’7 lounge is separately accessed off the entrance hall and enjoys a panoramic view through double glazed patio doors onto the private and attractive garden which comes with two separate patio areas.It’s a great location for the commuter with rail stations at West Malling and New Hythe, there’s a coach service to London and the M20 can be easily accessed via junction 4.

It was the SIZE and potential that really attracted us when we saw our home for the first time eight years ago. We have made lots of improvements over the years and are very happy here, in fact if it wasn't for a job move we would stay - if only we could take our house with us!We have found the location to be SO CONVENIENT, as we can walk to the schools, the Tesco Superstore, Larkfield Leisure Centre with it’s swimming pool and Tiny Town which offers indoor football etc for children and Leybourne Lakes Country Park offers walks, windsurfing, fishing and scuba diving too!
