" Fed up of road noise and dust, no more with this lovely home! It is set up a short walkway with a green to the front, making it safe for children to play, not that they need it, just wait til you see the size of the garden, its really large, which is set to the side and the back . The garden has been landscaped, has a new fence, patio, lawn and it really is a great space to do whatever your want to. Plus there is potential to extend to the side (subject to all consents) without making the garden too small. Then of course there is the views to the North Downs in the distance, well worth viewing. In case you are worried about the parking it also has a large hard standing area for 3/4 cars just opposite the end of the garden and a garage en-bloc. No need to stress over where you are going to park. About the house itself? Well its got a great kitchen just the space for cooking up that special meal for two or how about a party? Go for it! The decor is modern and newly painted, upstairs the view is really worth seeing. All in all, it is an excellent property. Nearby there are all the facilities you would need for modern living, schools, shops and easy access to the motorways and the station is a short drive away. " We were thrilled when we found and managed to buy this house. It has a large garden and our dogs really enjoy the space running after their balls and bounding back to have it thrown again. We were planning to extend to the side and liked the fact that it could be done without blocking anyone else's view. Plus bags of off road parking and garage en-bloc to the rear and with a large kitchen it was all we wanted. We have done quite a lot here but we think there is still some potential for a new buyer."
