" Stunning inside and out! Anyone looking for a family home or first time buy that only wants to bring furniture, no longer needs to look any further. The property was bought for development as the owner looking past its derelict state realised the potential. Having renovated several properties in the pas, the owners experience really shows in the attention to detail and quality fittings. Entering the property you are welcomed into the lounge/dining area. Flooded with natural light the owner has also installed modern down lighting throughout the property for that show home effect of an evening. Any budding chef’s will be eager to get into the kitchen, as integrated appliances are as standard. There are plenty of units for storage with a useful utility room for the mundane daily washing. The owners found that having the corner plot is very advantageous as anyone wanting a larger garden or perhaps land to build a double garage, has the ability to develop at their own leisure. Commuters have no need to worry as Strood now has a high -peed link available. Perfect for train and motorway connection we find there is always high interest anytime properties in these areas are available.

What the Owner says:

We have really enjoyed refurbishing this property. Not sparing any attention to detail we have thought of a modern fitting throughout, providing the smaller things like more plug sockets, down lighting, insulation etc. Both the kitchen and bathroom are newly fitted with integrated appliances including fridge, dishwasher, oven and hob. More expensive thing have also been done like the heating and new windows. We hope the next owners enjoy the property from day 1.
