" The owner found the location of this home particularly ideal for her, as she needed to get onto the motorway as quickly as possible for work, and in the evening or at weekends, to be able to walk within 10 minutes into Rochester City to enjoy its extensive bars and restaurants. The space available at this home has also proved to be a big plus with 2 double bedrooms, 2 reception rooms and a cellar, ideal for additional storage or providing the potential to create another living room.Since living at the property, the owner has completely replaced the kitchen, including the flooring, ceiling, worktops and cupboards; other works have included re-decoration, some re-plastering, replacement gas boiler and changing the front and back doors. As the property is located in a cul-de-sac, the owner has found that she has always been able to park close to the outside of the house and particularly found the neighbours friendly and accommodating.

What the Owner says:

I’ve really enjoyed living here, as it has proved to be everything that I wanted and needed when I first bought the property. I have been able to walk to the train station within 10 minutes to catch the train to London and it’s only approx. a 2 minute walk to local shops and the doctors. I have felt very safe here: being located in a no through road and having a rear garden that is enclosed has meant it has provided a safe home to live in. I’ve made many improvements to the property including updating the kitchen and re-decorating throughout in neutral colours, which means it now provides a blank canvas for the new buyers.
