" Since owning this property over the last 3 years it has undergone too many improvements to list. The current owners moved from a smaller home and wanted a property with a larger garden, a village location and plenty of space internally and this home answered their dreams.Cuxton village has proved to be a very pleasant place to live with everything they need literally on their doorstep, as just across the road there is a selection of several shops, a takeaway and a convenience store, a few hundred yards down the road. The garden has been one of the biggest improvements, now boasting a large decked area, which provides a great space for a large table and chairs that the owners enjoy on a warm summers day. All the rooms have been re-decorated to a contemporary design and anyone wanting just to move straight in and does not want the hassle of D.I.Y., then this would be ideal.Sometimes the thoughts of a village location can bring up concerns over access to the motorway or train station, but worry not as Cuxton station is one stop from the main line at Strood and you can be on the M2 motorway to London or the Kent Coast within 1½ miles.

What the Owner says:

We have been extremely happy here over the last 3 years, but our circumstances have changed and we have decided to move on. We found Cuxton village to be a very friendly neighbourhood and everything is so accessible, from the local shops to getting to the larger supermarkets in a matter of minutes. We have spent a lot of money on the property and we generally think that there is certainly nothing really to do now.Our main love has been the garden which we spend a lot of time in, putting in shrubs, new shed, decking and landscaping. I am sure the new buyers will be very happy here enjoying the fruits of our labour.
