" This large family home is positioned in a stunning village location that is highly sought after. Do not be deceived by the external appearance as the home has more than meets the eye. When the existing owner found this property he was overwhelmed with the amount of space the property had to offer, a master bedroom measuring 16ft with an additional two bedrooms to the first floor. The garage has been converted to provide additional space downstairs however, still offering storage space to the front. The village of Cuxton provides a fantastic place to bring up a young family, the local primary school has an excellent reputation, there are several amenities and plenty of wide open spaces. Despite the stereo-type that living near the countryside commuting is difficult, there is a train station within walking distance which connects to mainline Strood, now having the benefit of the high speed link to London. Most residents we find that live in the village rarely move out, which is a very positive sign seeing that the village has rarely changed over the past years.

What the Owner says:

We loved the village when we first moved here. Although the village is on the smaller side, it still has a primary school, hairdressers, convenient store and train station. We find that getting on the A2 in the morning is very easy as its the first roundabout out of the village. Due to most of the surrounding area being a conservation area, there hasn’t been much development so you wouldn’t even know the motorway was that close. We have landscaped the garden and decorated since being here and are now looking forward to moving into something bigger.
