" THE PROPERTY: The vendors of this extended two bedroomed terraced cottage tell us that they have loved the twelve years they have spent in Offham village. They have found the village to be friendly and convenient for local transport links both by road and rail. They told us that their cosy cottage has been a wonderful home and the venue for many a happy family celebration. We understand from the vendors that there is also land to the rear of the property, which is owned in conjunction with some of the other cottages in the terrace. This has proved to be very useful for extra parking when necessary. The size of the ground floor accommodation is very deceiving from the front, therefore an internal inspection is highly recommended.
