" This charming 19th century cottage is located just outside the centre of Birling, within a five minute drive from junction 4 of the M20 motorway. There is off road parking to the front of the property plus additional parking across the road at a layby. The cottage opens into a porch, ideal for storing shoes and coats and leads through into the living room with a feature fireplace giving a focal point. The dining area is open plan to the kitchen and gives a lot of space. There is a wood burner in addition to the electric heating which is throughout the property. The kitchen has fitted units, a breakfast bar and includes an electric cooker, with plumbing for a washing machine and space for a fridge freezer. The back door takes you through to the secluded rear garden, with patio and lawn. The first floor has two double bedrooms and bathroom but also there is an attic room which can be used for extra storage and has a sky light. The views from the bedrooms stretches across farmland in all directions. This property is ideal for a professional couple who enjoy peace and quiet and a car is needed.
