" The Retreat is a very cosy but spacious home with well presented accommodation retaining some pretty original features. The property consists downstairs of a very good sized and well proportioned double aspect living room with brick built open fireplace and built in storage. There is a well fitted kitchen leading to the delightful rear garden which is a real feature of the property. The kitchen has double doors from the dining room which has a beautiful inglenook style fireplace and stripped wooden floors. There is also a convenient downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is a garage which belongs to the property and further parking on the opposite side of the road in addition to the driveway which has space for up to three cars. This is a wonderful home which must be seen to be appreciated.

ADDINGTON Addington is an extremely popular, idyllic and peaceful village with a village green, public house, 18 hole golf course, equestrian facilities and woodland ideal for walking. There are primary and secondary level schooling options at Ryarsh, West Malling, Borough Green and Wrotham with grammar schools at either Maidstone or Tonbridge. A bus service runs along the A20 for West Malling, Borough Green or further afield. The A20 offers access to junction 2A of the M26 at Wrotham Heath, with further links to the M20 and M25.
