" This Bryant built 'Victoria' style home has had numerous improvements and simply stands out from the crowd.The current owners have lived at the home for 9 years, which on its own should tell you that this is a happy home. In this time they have added a sizable double glazed conservatory, which is open plan to the dining room. It offers access to what was previously a garage and is now an integral part of the home, currently used as a reception room. This is in addition to the original lounge and dining room. The addition of the conservatory and conversion of the garage was done just 4 years ago. Since then, the owners have made further improvements including the replacement of the original kitchen to the modern one that you will see when viewing. This work was professionally completed just 2 years ago.On arrival to the home you will find the property is set back from the road in a quiet cul de sac position, allowing young children to play directly at the front of the home, which as i understand is the case with the current owners. You will also be able to note that in spite of the garage conversion there is still plenty of parking for the home.There are many things going for this home that can only be appreciated by viewing. The first thing we liked about this home is that there is a large entrance hall, which for us gave a feeling of space. This continued with the large square living room and the potential we saw for the conservatory. The rooms also seemed to flow naturally from one to another. We find all the rooms in the home to be bright, even on gloomy days. We also like the open fireplace that is within the lounge, there is something about the smells that are given off by an open fire and it’s a lovely cosy feature on a cold winter’s day.Many times have we enjoyed the green at the end of the road with the family and have made good use of the amenities that Kings Hill has to offer.
