" This home is definitely a family home, with the accommodation set out over 3 floors. The ground floor is of a size that allows all members of the family to be together in the kitchen diner, socialising over a meal, or having a quiet night in the lounge area in front of the TV. If you are looking for some time apart, the dining room lends itself well to being a second TV room for children or a study for all. The upper floors compliment the ground floor perfectly, for Mum and Dad there is a large master bedroom with en-suite shower room and open dressing area, for the children there are 2 bedrooms of equal size, one with a balcony, and a family bathroom to share between the two rooms.
This is the first floor only. The top floor has yet another shower room that divides the two other good sized bedrooms, perfect for guests, businesses run from home, or anyone with a larger family.The location of this home is a key feature to those with young children. It is very close to Discovery School, giving the best possible chance of acceptance based on catchment area. There are various conveniences in Kings Hill that draw people from outside the area. These include a golf course, sports centre, supermarket and a choice of bars and restaurants. There is something here for everyone!

We bought this home brand new 5 years ago, direct from Bellway. We fell for both the home and area because of it's manicured finish. The area is immaculate and very well placed.
We find great value in the convenience of the shopping area and frequently find ourselves using the M20 links to London, Bluewater and the coast.
Even with the blinds closed in our kitchen, it's still a bright room to be in and also a great size, which allows us to maintain contact with family and guests, while continuing with our daily routine.
The whole house just works! It's versatile, light, has a south facing garden, in a quiet road and simply a nice place to be.
