DESCRIPTION  

This super two bedroom cottage offers deceptively spacious ground floor accommodation with two receptions and a delightful kitchen/breakfast room to the rear.  There are two bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom.  The electric central heating system with new boiler was installed in 2012 and the solar panel on the roof provides heating for hot water with a new cylinder in 2007.  The sitting room has a wood-burner and double glazing was fitted to all windows in 2011.  There is a garage and a pretty cottage garden backing onto fields.

LOCATION

The property is set in a rural area in Boughton Monchelsea, with its local village store, village hall and playing field and excellent primary school.   Mainline stations at nearby Maidstone and Staplehurst offer regular services to London and the Coast. The County town of Maidstone offers a wide range of shopping, amenities and education facilities and M20 motorway links.
