" Situated in the charming hamlet of Platts Heath just outside Lenham and Harrietsham is this three bedroom detached bungalow offering lots of potential. To the front of the property is a paved driveway with parking for two vehicles, path up to front and side access to the garden. The 17ft living room is spacious and has feature surround with gas fire and double glazed sliding door opening onto garden. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units with space and plumbing for white goods and integrated electric oven and hob with extractor over. There are two spacious double bedrooms, one with rear door access to the garden and a further single bedroom. The second double could also be used as a dining room/family room. The family bathroom has fully tiled walls and white suite with shower attachment over bath. The rear garden is private and secluded, mainly laid to lawn with shrubs and trees to borders and block paved patio and separate hard standing area and outside tap.
