" FAMILY HOME WITH LARGE CONSERVATORY, DRIVE AND CARPORT. This spacious three bedroom semi detached house is in the popular Barming area just a short drive from town centre. To the side of the property is a carport and a drive for two cars. The front entrance has a porch leading to the hallway. There is a good size living room with wood flooring, a beautiful feature fireplace and doors separating it from the dining room. In the dining room there is wood flooring and also French doors leading to the large conservatory which then has access to the enclosed rear garden. The fitted kitchen has an impressive American style fridge/freezer and all other white goods included. On the first floor you have two double bedrooms and one single bedroom all with wood flooring. The bathroom has a white suite including a corner bath with a shower above it. The property is double glazed and has gas central heating throughout.

Maidstone town centre is ranked in the top five shopping centres in the south east of England for shopping yields and with more than one million square feet of retail floor space, in the top 50 in the UK. Much of this space is provided the two main shopping centres in the town. The Mall plus the Fremlin Walk which opened in 2006. Other recent developments include the riverside Lockmeadow Centre, which includes a multiplex cinema, restaurants, nightclubs, bowling alley, and the town's market square. Barming is just off the A20 to Tonbridge. There is Barming Primary school and Mid Kent college both within walking distance to the property. You also have a small parade of shops close by. Local train services in Maidstone are operated by Southeastern rail. The railway station located in/or in close proximity to Tonbridge Road is Maidstone West. Four trains each way per day operate between Maidstone West and St Pancras via Strood and Gravesend. There is also a small station at East Farleigh. "
