You'd think that you'd need to be living in a quaint rural location to be able to do such a thing. This home offers you just that without the additional cost of buying outside of the town or the inconvenience of having to travel miles and miles for the simplest things.Larking drive is situated in a sought after quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the town. From the entrance of this popular development you’ll find said countryside in one direction and an array of shops including a Waitrose supermarket in the other. If you need to catch the train, Maidstone East train station is a short walk away as is the bustling town centre.This home has many positive attributes. There’s plenty of space to get a couple of cars off the road and the double glazed windows and gas central heating will keep you nice and cosy in the winter. As you explore inside it will soon become apparent that this will be a great starter home or something that you can down size to.
Through the French doors of the lounge the south facing garden is a perfect social spot to entertain friends in the summertime. Get out the barbecue, chill the wine and the beer and have a fabulous time enjoying the outside space.

When I was looking for my first home this place seemed a good size compared to a lot of others I saw. Being a modern home I knew I wouldn't have many problems with it and overall it's been easy to manage. It's a good area too - it's been handy being close to the motorway and the train station. My partner and I have really enjoyed our time here. It's been brilliant for having friends over. We will take great memories with us.
