" FEELS LIKE HOME!Rarely do you get the combination of convenient location, character features and great living space. Well here it is in one package with an added bonus (more of that later.) The bay windowed lounge is both spacious and inviting, the dining room flows beautifully in to the kitchen creating a great family living space. On the first floor two excellent bedrooms are complimented by a bathroom and separate shower room. Onwards and upwards to the second floor where you find another superb bedroom an ideal retreat for teenagers or mum and dad even!
Outside, parking is found both with a drive to the rear and further parking off road to the front. The pretty rear garden is a real delight on those warm summer days with drinks out on the patio.Hey! You forgot the bonus I hear you cry. Well a door under the stairs in the hall leads down to the two room cellar which is ideal for use as an office or study. The current vendor of the property has used it as a workspace with storage a really useful bonus! The local primary school comes with a very good reputation and there are local shops nearby as well as the beautiful Loose Valley conservation area with pretty walks abounds.

Love at first sight - rarely do you get that feeling! but we experienced it as soon as we walked in to our lovely family home. We did everything in our power to make sure we got it. We particularly loved the open feel to the kitchen and dining rooms and the potential to use the cellar as an office and store room was such a bonus. We imagined ourselves living here forever, but a work opportunity means that we have to relocate, we just wish we could pick up our perfect house and take it with us.
