" On offer this 3 bedroom semi-detached home really does have it all, a convenient location and a great family home. The location in Downswood is perfect, close to lovely walks in Mote Park and Otham as well as nearby shops and schools, ticking the right boxes for any family.The home itself is great for parking, giving you a detached garage and driveway for 2 cars, so no worries about where your friends and family park when visiting.

If gardening is your thing, if you love entertaining or just enjoy those lazy days in the garden watching the children play then this garden is perfect as it offers a good lawned area as well as a wrapping round to the side of the property which would make a great seating/bbq area.The home itself is beautiful. A spacious lounge awaits which is bright and airy and leads straight into the dining room and kitchen which too are presented very well. The home also offers a conservatory which looks over the garden. This is great as an extra reception room, or as a garden room with lovely views, giving you more flexibility on how to use the downstairs space.

When we saw this house 12 years ago, my wife and I immediately knew it was the home we had been looking for.We had already lived in Downswood for 5 years and were looking for a larger property. Having viewed some of the smaller 3 bedroom properties on the estate, we were immediately drawn to the size of the plot and the flat back garden which gets the sun late into the evening in the summer. It's such a quiet location and we have always enjoyed being so close to Mote park. Although we are excited at the opportunity of moving, we will be sad to leave, having been so happy here.
