" What a lovely home! Immaculate from start to finish. This great three bedroom house has lots to offer including an entrance porch saving muddy shoes in the hallway and that much needed storage space.The kitchen is pretty with a cottage style feel and has space for a table and chairs. There is plenty of storage, and space for a washing machine, cooker and fridge freezer.Leading on from the hallway is a cosy sitting room with a conservatory attached giving wonderful additional space and great views of the garden. Great for breakfast on a sunny morning.Upstairs there are three bedrooms with the master bedroom having built in wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms overlook the garden and have a lovely sunny aspect. There is also a family bathroom.The rear garden is a delight with pretty shrubs and a patio ideal for relaxing and entertaining as it is not overlooked, with summer approaching why not try it out. There is also a shed giving additional storage.Don't worry about parking as there is a garage nearby and potential to drop the kerb as there is plenty of space.

We have loved living here for the past few years. We looked at several houses before deciding on this one as we particularly loved the fact that there is a flat garden at the rear which is not overlooked, a real bonus!We have updated our home with adding a conservatory and a boiler in 2007. There is also a new fuse board which was fitted in 2009. In addition we decided to redo the kitchen flooring in 2010 and then went on to do the carpets.The area is great to live in, being handy for schools and local transport. The community is very welcoming and we have lovely neighbours. This home is ideal for those with or without children.
