" The perfect family home, up on entering this house you cannot help being impressed by the level of modernisation and updating by the current owners. Not one stone has been left unturned during the time that they have been here, even the summer house has patios doors and power / lighting! The front room provides an adequate and cosy entertaining area, which leads through to a thoughtfully designed kitchen, perfect for a family managing children getting ready for school, having breakfast whilst preparing lunch boxes for the day. The utility area is separate closing away the noise of whirling machines when needing a few moments peace. Outside the rear garden provides an abundance of features for both entertaining purposes and play time, the generous size is such that not only can barbecue frequent it but, there is probably enough space for the whole street to come and have a burger or two! Naturally there is more than enough area for kids to play. To the front there is off road parking with a completed driveway. The location is a major factor, not only walking distance from town centre, Mote Park and local schools, but all bus routes and main line rail station are all within a quarter of a mile. This is a fabulous package.

This house was perfect for us, the location has everything we need getting to work by car and train is so easy. It also needed some updating which appealed to us, as we wanted to put our own stamp on something, which we have now done albeit designed neutrally to suit the next buyer. We wanted to start a family so the garden was also a major factor for us, we have enjoyed many an occasion outside. We are now moving on and hope the next owner enjoys this home as we did.
