The property sits on a plot in excess of 1/4 acre with a detached garage currently used as a workshop, off road parking for a number of vehicles, greenhouse and lawns, with access to a storage cellar to the side of the house. The property commands exceptional views of the surrounding countryside and has a fabulous semi rural position within easy reach of the nearest town, Maidstone with excellent facilities available there. Other facilities are found in the nearby village of Coxheath with stations available in Maidstone and Paddock Wood. Offered to the market with the added advantage of No forward chain we would recommend viewing at your earliest convenience.

The key thing that attracted us to this lovely house was the location. A lovely semi rural position with countryside all around, close to town but with a real feeling of being in the country. From here we could access both Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells easily with local facilities also available in Coxheath. The gardens are a real bonus and the size of the bedrooms meant that both children got a good sized room so no more arguments. Summer evenings spent out in the conservatory make life a pleasure and in the winter the warmth of the fire in the lounge is a delight. We will be sad to leave this cracking home but glad to let someone else have a chance to enjoy our rural idyll.
