This home suited me down to the ground, I run my own business from home and the cellar is my office. I travel all the time by car and to have the M20 / M2 so close is a huge benefit to me. It is all about location as I can walk into town for a meal when family and friends arrive. It was also unusual to find a bathroom on the first floor from the landing rather than through another bedroom.
