" Lovely two bedroom Victorian terraced house in a quiet no through road just a short walk from the town centre and Maidstone East train station. The entrance takes you into the living room which has a feature fire place and laminate wood flooring, the fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob plus a door down to the cellar. There is a utility area that has plumbing for a washing machine and a door opening to the rear garden. The ground floor bathroom has a white suite and shower over the bath. On the first floor is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom. Both bedrooms have the original fireplaces. To the rear of the house is a long garden with lawn, flower beds, shed and gate access to rear alley. The property has double glazing and gas central heating throughout and there is permit parking to the front plus good motorway access to junctions 5, 6 and 7 of the M20.

Maidstone town centre is ranked in the top five shopping centres in the south east of England and with more than one million square feet of retail floor space, in the top 50 in the UK. Maidstone West has four High Speed Rail Link trains run each way per day operating between Maidstone West and St Pancras via Strood and Gravesend. Trains from here also run to Paddock Wood.
