" This deceptively spacious extended family home is within walking distance from the town centre and has been completely refurbished throughout with a new kitchen, bathroom, new window/doors, re-decorated throughout and new floors. On the ground floor is a large open plan living area which opens through to the new modern kitchen and there are stairs down to the cellar which could be used as a playroom or another bedroom. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with a feature fireplace, study, a further bedroom and new contemporary family bathroom. To the rear the garden is mainly laid to lawn and has access to the lean to. The property has new double glazing and has also recently been rewired. The M2/M20 motorways are just a short drive away and Maidstone East and West train stations are within walking distance.
