" DRAFT DETAILS If you are looking for a fantastic family home in a village location then look no further. The house is quite simply, stunning! The current owners have extended the original property to give a spacious family home with excellent living accommodation and have chosen quality fitments throughout. The property, a modern 3 bedroom semi detached house is situated in a cul de sac location and is one of just four new houses that were built in 2011. The accommodation consists of a generous reception hall with oak veneered floors and skirting boards, downstairs cloakroom and doors leading off to a stylish modern kitchen fitted with modern white units and Galaxy granite work surfaces having integrated appliances. The owners have also included a fabulous peninsular unit topped in granite and ideal as a breakfast area. From the kitchen a door opens to a splendid lounge which measures an impressive 18'9 and with windows to three sides giving plenty of light. The dining room sits to the rear of the house and overlooks a delightful garden, well stocked with flowers, plants and shrubs. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the master boasting an en suite and a superb family bathroom, again fitted with a modern white suite and built in cupboards. Outside and to the front lies a block paved driveway offering parking for up to four cars. The house benefits from a wide plot and this allows for two gardens. The main rear garden is as previously mentioned, however to the side of the property lies a further garden which measures approximately 25ft x 13ft. This has been gravelled and also has a semi covered patio area. There would be room here to erect a garage, (subject to the usual consents). How would I sum up this property? Immaculate, stylish and comfortable with good sized rooms offering great space.
