" Retaining many village traditions, Graveney is an idyllic location on the outskirts of Faversham. Many residents here enjoy trees and fields as their neighbours rather than people!Murton Place is a small development completed several years ago and has established itself well with a good mix of houses. The home has been developed well by the owner whose dream of a large kitchen, range cooker and integral appliances came true following conversion of the original garage. As a result of that, the dining room has been opened up and overlooks a secluded garden which provides ample space for adults and children alike. The patio area is a sunny spot to relax and unwind whilst hearing nothing but the birds, or enjoy the shade under the pergola. The semi rural location gives you lots of outside space to enjoy including several walks. Seasalter Beach is only a short drive away where a drink or meal can be enjoyed at the public house. The very popular primary school in Graveney is also only a short walk away. This home has so much to offer that you really should come and take a look around.

What the Owner says:

I have lived in Murton Place for nearly 6 years and enjoyed it very much. When I first moved in, I decided to convert the garage into the kitchen as the existing kitchen was quite small. I am very pleased with the new kitchen, it works well for me. I love the double opening french doors to the sunny rear garden, with pergola attached to the house. There are 2 parking spaces along the driveway and a small porch surrounding the front door - great for inclement weather. The surrounding area has lots of nice walks, especially if you have a dog. The local school has a good name and there is now a public house in the village which offers food too.
