" Situation Homestall is a small rural hamlet within a mile of the charming market town of Faversham. Faversham itself is well served with a regular market in its cobbled square, a good range of shops, good train links to both Canterbury and London (70 minutes) and regular bus services to all the surrounding towns. The Cathedral City of Canterbury is 6 miles distant with the Channel Tunnel 14 miles to the South. Ashford is 10 miles to the South with the International station in the town offering rail services to mainland Europe. Description Homestall House is a gracious family home with both formal rooms at the front of the house, ideal for entertainment, and cosier family rooms to the back of the house. There is a very spacious kitchen breakfast room with oil Aga leading to a charming walled courtyard area. There are large gardens that surround the house, with ample parking on the driveway. Tenancy Period Available on a shorthold tenancy for a period of six months or more from 10th May 2012. Deposit A deposit of ?2492 will be payable.
