What the Owner says:

We purchased our home some 11 years ago and were attracted to the size of the house as it was a lot bigger, compared to many others we viewed, with a reasonable size garden. Being first time buyers, it was excellent value for money, close to the town and main line railway station and with the added bonus of off road parking.Since owning the property, we have decorated throughout, installed a new kitchen and bathroom, double glazing and new storage heaters. The garden was fully paved and we have now made a patio area and lawn which is suitable for children. We have been happy living here and hope you will be too.
