" This property is coming to the market for the very first time, as it has been lived in by the present family for over 60 years, which is a fantastic advert for the area.We feel it is a great all round package and will suit a wide range of buyers by virtue of its impressive accommodation, potential to extend, realistic pricing and popular area.Starting with the outside, you have off road parking and side access, as well as an impressive 80 ft south facing rear garden, perfect for those family barbeques.Internally, the two reception rooms and kitchen are well proportioned and offer flexibility; perhaps you would like an even bigger kitchen/diner or may be french style doors to a conservatory from the lounge. Then there are the outbuildings to the rear, offering potential for office space. The loft is a generous space for someone looking for a fourth bedroom, all subject to planning permission of course but this property certainly has potential. We feel it is perfect for first time buyers who are looking for a property to put their own stamp on and believe a lot of interest will be generated so call us today to book your viewing.

What the Owner says:

My parents have lived here for over 60 years and brought up three children in the house. It is a really nice family home and they loved how convenient everything is. The town centre is within a 10 minute walk as is a primary school and even the mainline railway station, for those of you who need to commute. My parents had the dropped kerb installed as well as the hardstanding, double glazing and the electrics updated. My family just hopes whoever buys the house is as happy as we all were.
