Semi-rural best describes the immediate area. Rose Cottage North is up a private driveway and is nicely tucked away from passing traffic. The Sheppey Bridge off the island is approximately 1.5 miles away and once off, the A249 provides good road links to London, Maidstone and Canterbury. Sheerness town centre and mainline station are approximately 2 miles away and local schools are within a short drive.

Our View

The bungalow is gorgeous but the garden is the big selling point here! An imposing Willow tree is the centre piece and anyone with green fingers will love the space and scope here. Very green, very established and great for children too! Internally viewers will love the modern kitchen and luxurious bathroom. The lounge, separate dining room and conservatory give excellent family living space. This is a real tardis so don't be deceived by the outside.



Directions :-

Once over the Sheppey Bridge go over the first roundabout and take the second exit at the second roundabout. This takes you on to Lower Road. Continue along for approximately 1 mile and Rose Cottage North is up an unmade driveway on your left just after Rose Cottage South. If you get to Brambledown Farm shop you have gone approximately 50 yards too far!
