" Space, space and more space is pretty much the best way to sum up this lovely, spacious family house. As soon as you walk into the lounge you get a great sense of space, downstairs you have not only got the lounge but there is a playroom in front of that which could be used as a bedroom or playroom or even a study. There is also massive kitchen/diner with loads of room for a large dining room table, great for parties or just with the kids at meal times. Separate from the kitchen you have got a utility room so you can hide and shut out of the way the washing machine and tumble dryer, there is also a downstairs WC and shower room as well as a bathroom upstairs, making it a lot easier for the family to get ready in the mornings without any arguments. The conservatory overlooks the fabulous garden, which has an array of shrubs, trees and plants, as well as a wooden shed and a summer house, to the side there is concrete area made suitable for a trampoline or level enough for 15’ pool and with fields surrounding the garden it really gives a lovely rural feel. Houses in Tams Gardens rarely come onto the open market, come and take a look you won’t be disappointed.

What the Owner says:

We have lived in the property for over twenty years, as we lived at Bramble Down we wanted somewhere that felt as rural but was near the schools. This house was perfect as it was tucked at the end of the road and in the garden there are lovely views overlooking the fields and you are only ten minutes walk from the top of Minster Cliffs. When the boys were young we used to take our swimming stuff and a picnic and make a day of it at the beach. It really is a lovely road, nice and private and a safe road for the children. It has been a very happy family home and more than big enough for us. When we first bought the house we extended the downstairs to make a kitchen/diner.
