" As you open the bedroom curtains a picturesque sea view greets you in the distance, what better way to start the day.The whole house has been decorated throughout pretty much from the floor upward, both the shape and size of the rooms give you a feeling of space. The lounge has plenty of room for a large corner sofa, somewhere the family can sit and relax in front of the gas fire. There is plenty of room for a dining table in the dining area. The kitchen has a modern sleek design with plenty of workspace for preparing the daily meals, there is also plenty of kitchen cupboards and drawers to fill.
The conservatory is a superb space, it almost feels like part of the garden and is great for when you want to entertain or for dinner parties. The French doors open onto the garden, which has more than enough space for your pets to run around, or the children to play. Parking is not an issue either with plenty of parking at the back, plus a garage and carport, great if you are looking to tinker about with the car at the weekends.

What the Owner says:

I wanted somewhere close to the beach somewhere friendly and quiet, this house ticked all the boxes. Since living here I have decorated the whole house , had new double glazed windows fitted, added cavity wall insulation, replaced the boiler, upgraded the electrics, the loft is boarded and insulation, a complete new bathroom and kitchen. There is absolutely nothing left to do in the house, so after twelve happy years we are now looking for a new challenge.
