" With three double bedrooms and a 27’ lounge/diner this property offers space in abundance internally and externally. The smallest bedroom measures 9’2 x 7’5 and the rear garden is large enough to take the kids trampoline and still give mum and dad a decent veggie patch. It is situated in the historic town of Queenborough, which is steeped in history, Lord Nelson is refuted to have stayed close by and learnt his seafaring skills in the Medway. We feel it’s an ideal opportunity for an investor or first time buyer to reap the benefits of the regeneration programmed planned for Queenborough. At the end of the High Street you will find a mixture of sailing ships, a floating pontoon and public houses, and is infamously known for the world plank walking championships and the walks along the coastline. Should you have younger children the primary school is a short walk away, as is the train station giving access to Sheerness and Sittingbouorne. If you drive Queenborough also offers excellent links to the A249, which also gives direct access to the M2/M20 motorways.

What the Owner says:

I have owned this property over 30 years and originally it was in a very poor state but it has proved to be an ideal investment and I have never had a problem renting it out which I think is mainly down to the location. It’s within 100 yards of everything like, pubs, takeaways, bakers etc. The train station is also close by for those who have to commute to work and with the regeneration projects in place for Queenborough the future is looking good. I have updated the electrics, double-glazing and central heating. The lounge has also had some replastering.
