" THE PROPERTY: "We purchased the property approximately 45 years ago and it was ideal for raising a family with the schools just around the corner, the train station within five minutes walk and the bridge just being five minutes drive away. We have made a lot of changes since that time but one thing that has remained is the community feel and the neighbours are superb. Since being here we have knocked through to make the lounge/diner, added gas central heating, replaced the laminate flooring in the lounge, added double glazing and loft insulation, as well as barnes and power and light. We have recently added a new oven and hob and redecorated as well", stated the vendor. Benefits include double glazing, gas fired central heating system via radiators. Brief accommodation comprises hallway, 27' lounge/diner, 13' kitchen, rear lobby, bathroom, to the first floor there are three separate bedrooms, the property also benefits from front and rear gardens. We feel the property is offered in a realistic price range which will attract first time buyers and buy to let investors a like so do not delay call the office and book your first available viewing.
