" This attractive four double bedroom detached family home is situated on the popular Sonora Fields development and offers in our opinion spacious and flexible accommodation, it was certainly one of the reasons why the present owners opted to buy here 8 years ago. It was less than a year old when they viewed and they loved how light it was inside as well as the impressive corner plot that it was located on. They did not need all four bedrooms which has allowed for a generous size office to work from and, with its close proximity to the A249 it made commuting that much easier. Since purchasing the property has been improved further still with the addition of a 12' conservatory at the rear with under floor heating at the rear and with its glass roof is a fantastic place to star gaze or just somewhere for the children to play. The Sonora Fields development has excellent local facilities including shops, public house/restaurant and take away food outlets, plus local bus routes and a commuter service for those who work in the city. with its realistic price range we anticipate a lot of interest so don't miss our on this opportunity and book your viewing today.

We have loved living here, the area is so peaceful and also so convenient. It is only due to a job relocation that we are selling or we would happily stay here. Since being here we have redesigned the kitchen to give loads more storage space including two fabulous pullout larder cupboards, as well as double oven and built-in dishwasher. We've also added a decking area and the conservatory and, with three bathrooms, there are no shower wars in the morning!
