" When the current owners were looking to buy a property they wanted the reassurance and low maintenance of a brand new property. The NHBC gave them peace of mind and still has approximately five years remaining. They looked at a few plots but settled for this one for a number of reasons firstly was the rear garden, with no property there it gave them privacy as well as a nicer outlook and it has a very sunny aspect, secondly was how close their garage would be to the house, great for not having to carry your shopping miles form the car but also because power and light could be connected should they want or need a workshop. When it came to the house itself they were convinced they would need to compromise on something but with the downstairs WC, en-suite to master and large kitchen all the boxes were ticked without having to exceed the budget!

What the Owner says:

When we realised this was in our price range we were astounded, we have watched it being built and have been very happy here. It is safe for the children to play out, is great for the A249 and I always wanted a large kitchen to cook in.The estate now has shops, pub and takeaways, which is handy when you don’t fancy cooking. The only reason for moving is so that we can be closer to our family who can help out with childcare.
