" Do you aspire to live on the favoured south side of Sittingbourne but have found all four bedroom accommodation to be out of your price range then we may have the solution for you. If you are prepared to do some DIY, then this house which was built in 1973 is right up your street and is offered in a very realistic price range to reflect the work required. The current vendor has owned the property for the last 27 years during which time she has installed replacement double glazing, and an entrance porch to the front, but she now finds the house is too big for her needs and is looking to downsize. It was all about location when the owner was looking for property and as houses are rarely seen on the market in this location, they snapped this one up immediately it became available. They loved the position at the end of the cul-de-sac and the fact that it backed on to a small open green which gave added privacy. The house provided family sized accommodation which suited their needs and a downstairs cloakroom was a useful benefit. The icing on the cake was a garage and driveway alongside the property which compared to the new builds of today is a premium feature.

What the Owner says:

I have loved living at my house for the last 27 years. It has been convenient being less than a mile from the town centre and within walking distance of several schools including Fulston Manor and the two grammar schools. The cul-de-sac position is quiet and safe for young families and I feel it is time for a family to enjoy the property and its location. I realise the house is in need of updating but I have reflected this in the price range and feel it gives the new owners an opportunity to put their stamp on the property.
